Anyone more than 10 minutes late will be counted as a no-show.
All no-shows and last-minute cancellations will be charged full price upon their next booking. If you know you won’t be able to make it, please call or reschedule your appointment online. If you have any cold symptoms, please reschedule your appointment and refrain from coming in.
We reserve the right to kindly refuse service if we feel your condition will pose a health risk to our staff and customers.
