Julian Herrche - Owner/Barber
Fuelled by his passion for people and deep appreciation for the tradition of men’s barbering, Julian put down his own roots in Parkdale, opening the doors of Barking Iron Barbershop in 2018. With many years under his belt working at various shops across Ontario, Julian has immersed himself in the trade, honed his skills and craft as a barber and has dedicated himself to providing not only the best service, but the best experience possible.
Katie Marsala - Shop Manager/Barber
Katie is a highly skilled hair professional with almost a decade of experience in both women’s hair and the tradition of men’s barbering. Her kind spirit, positive energy and passion for service are vital in making the Parkdale shop what it is. Katie has been by Julian’s side for just about every step since the humble beginnings of Barking Iron Barbershop.
Danik Poirer - Barber
When in comes to his craft, Danik is a force to be reckoned with. His high attention to detail, technical ability and dedication to delivering what the customer wants is outmatched by very few. Danik got his start in Ottawa and moved to Toronto in 2019, looking for a new home for his tools and skills. Barking Iron has been that home ever since, and we couldn’t be happier.
